Can I use my Arizona ESA funds?

Yes! We are an approved provider on the ClassWallet platform. Please note that parents are ultimately responsible for tuition. If ClassWallet delays or denies an invoice, the parent must pay the balance out-of-pocket to keep their child's spot.

Is there a fee to apply mid-year?

Yes. If you enroll your student after the school year has officially started, there is a one-time, non-refundable Mid-Year Application Fee of $150.

What happens if we need to withdraw?

We require a mandatory 30-day advance written notice sent via email to Ltomford@jamaz.org. You will remain responsible for all tuition charges during those 30 days.

Can I get a refund if we leave mid-quarter?

No. Because our staffing, curriculum, and operational costs are committed in advance based on enrollment blocks, we do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or fee reversals if you leave mid-quarter. Additionally, state law prohibits us from issuing cash or credit card refunds for any funds paid through ClassWallet.
